Well, as leading kitchen design specialists, and suppliers of the Quooker, here at NJ Design, we have produced this guide to everything you need to know about the Quooker.
What is a Quooker?
So what is a Quooker? Well, a Quooker is a tap that can immediately dispense boiling water. With the tap on the worktop, and the tank underneath, the Quooker is an innovative piece of equipment that can transform the way you use your kitchen taps completely. You can choose to install a specific boiling water tap, and an accompanying mixer tap. Or, you could choose the Quooker Flex or Fusion: a single tap for hot, cold and boiling water. These taps are available in 8 different designs and 3 different finishes.
Why does your kitchen need a Quooker?
So why should you think about installing a Quooker? Well, there are a number of advantages, including:
- Safety- while knocked over kettles cause a multitude of accidents every year, this boiling water tap offers a safe and secure way to provide boiling water instantly. The tap is designed with a child-proof handle, and is much safer than other, traditional boiled water methods.
- Cost effective- A Quooker is incredibly cost effective, as it costs only 3p a day to operate. And it doesn’t result in wasted water, because the Quooker system is designed to measure out exactly the amount of water you need.
